Supported HDD/SSD:
FIDECO hard drive docking station can support all 2.5/3.5 inch SATA I/II/III HDD/SSD.
The maximum supported HDD capacity can reach 18TB. Please note that it can't support any IDE hard disk.

Warm note for offline cloning:
Please backup all data from source HDD before offline cloning.
Please confirm that there are no bad sectors on both HDDs, otherwise the clone may fail.
Make sure the capacity of the destination HDD must be equal to or larger than that of the source HDD.
When cloning is complete, all 3 blue lights (25%, 50%, 100%) will be on. If all 3 blue lights flash at the same time, it means the clone failed.
For offline clone, no computer is needed! Please do not connect the hard disk docking station to the computer until the clone is finished.

Warm note:
For a new HDD/SSD, please go to "Disk Management" to initialize it first and then your HDD/SSD can be recognized.
For partition, if your HDD or SSD capacity is more than 2TB, please choose GPT partition.
Please backup all data before formatting HDD. For Mac OS, the format should be set as exFat.
